Hi, I am Phyll - Psychotherapist,
Holistic Life Coach, Yoga Instructor, Dancer, Reiki Master, Teacher.
I have been a counsellor for over 15 years. My practice is based in Rochester, NW Kent and close to the other Medway towns Bluewater and SE London. My approach is integrative and I use several approaches to specifically suit each individual client including Cognitive Behavioural, Person Centred and Gestalt.
I run a Holistic
Practice in the UK and have given lectures and classes on Self Development, Careers
,Yoga and Dance in Spain, USA, UK and New Zealand. I am MCS Accredited. Yoga has been in my life since 1973. In 2003 I
started the Yoga Retreat in a stunning area of Southern Spain.
